The Civil Engineering Student Advisory Council continues to bridge the gap between students, faculty, and industry. We strive to accomplish this mission through the events we host. Each semester, we host events designed to cultivate a culture of community and learning within the Lyles School of Civil Engineering.

CESAC Career Fair
This years Career Fair will have over 200 companies in attendance hiring for internship, co-op, and full time positions. Come prepared with copies of your resume and professional attire.
Company Information Sessions
30 companies will be giving informational presentation about what their company does and what positions they are hiring for in Hampton Hall. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about some of the companies that will be at the career fair, and even have the first chance to talk to recruiters.
Resume Blitz with Parsons Corporation
Come to HAMP 1113 with a printed copy of your resume to receive feedback from a representative of Parsons Corporation.

Graduating Seniors in Civil Engineering! Join us at The Tap for a last hoorah with your graduating class. There will be free drinks so make sure to stop by!
Civil Social
Come for a fun night of free pizza and drinks with your CE friends and faculty at Mad Mushroom! If you bought a Civil Social shirt, please feel free to wear it at the social! All food and drinks will be provided for free
BBQ
For the first time since Fall 2019, you are invited to grab some free burgers, hot dogs, and veggie options fresh off the grill! Connect with your friends, peers, and faculty, while also enjoying snacks and drinks! The BBQ will take place in the courtyard between Hampton and Armstrong Halls on the Engineering Mall.
CE Jeopardy Night
Get a team together and attend Jeopardy Night in WALC 1018. Pizza will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you wish to play and don’t have a team, you are still free to attend and you will be placed on a team. There will be prizes for the top three teams!
Civil Social T-Shirt Sales
Stop by the front steps of Hampton Hall and buy a Spring 2022 Civil Social Shirt from 9 AM until 1 PM! Current semester shirts are available for $10, and previous semesters’ shirts are available for $5. All proceeds will be donated to the Food Finders Food Bank.
Company Information Sessions
Join us and attend presentations from various companies looking to recruit interns and full-time employees in 2022. You will be able to directly connect with recruiters, learn about their companies, and ask them questions. Don’t miss this chance!
